Tom Muldoon, former president of the Philadelphia CVB, announced the formation of Muldoon & Associates, a consulting practice specializing in business development.
The consultancy currently represents the Union League of Philadelphia and Philadelphia Big 5. Muldoon is also collaborating with Nicholas & Lence Communications, led by Christine Nicholas, former president of NYC & Company, on various projects around the national travel and convention industry
