What a surprise it was when, during my recent attendance at the International Association of Conference Centers Annual Conference, I was on hand to see our Meetings Focus Forum moderator, Joan Eisenstodt, awarded the highest honor given out by the association: the Mel Hosansky Award for Distinguished Service.
A big congrats to Joan, who is probably the sincerest believer in the conference center concept I’ve met, along with industry education.
