Dolce Hotels and Resorts recently signed an agreement to manage a 157-room hotel soon to be constructed in downtown Indianapolis and expected to open in fall 2012. Minnesota
A new joint ownership group has taken the helm at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis and signed a long-term agreement with a Hyatt affiliate to manage the hotel. The joint venture plans a $25 million renovation of the hotel's guest rooms, suites, public areas, restaurants, meeting space and building systems. The 125-room Hilton Garden Inn Springfield recently debuted, and is the first hotel in Missouri to be designed to meet LEED Gold standards.
