KSL Capital Partners purchased the Inter-Continental Montelucia Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Ariz., for $115 million from the banks that foreclosed on the property two years ago.
The luxury property will be managed by KSL, but will still be affiliated with Inter-Continental as an Inter-Continental Alliance Resort.
