Hotelier Ian Schrager announced plans for Public, a new luxury hotel brand that will have its first location in Chicago’s iconic Ambassador East hotel.
Set to open this fall, the renamed 285-room Public Chicago will feature a screening room, public spaces called “chat rooms,” and a new restaurant concept for the historic Pump Room supper club.
