A new lodging forecast from PwC anticipates the U.S. hotel recovery will continue to gain momentum this year, driven both by gains in occupancy and ADR (average daily rate).
The report predicts that RevPar (revenue per available room) will show an increase of 7.6 percent in 2011 over 2010.
