We're pleased as punch here after our humble little magazine captured a couple top publishing awards.
Meetings Focus West—way back when it was known as Meetings West last year—took home two Western Publishing Association Maggie Awards, in the Tabloid/Trade and Best Table of Contents/Trade & Consumer categories.
It was the fifth time since 2002, brand-wide, that we've won in the Tabloid category and the second time we've won for the best Table of Contents.
Additionally, our own Maria Lenhart, content director, features, recently earned a silver award from the Society of American Travel Writers for her "Where East Meets West" story in the May 2010 issue.
