Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts added two top management positions, coinciding with the announced retirement of Jim FitzGibbons, president,worldwide hotel operations.
In two newly created positions, the company appointed Chris Hart to serve as president,hotel operations-Asia Pacific, and Craig Reid to serve as president, hotel operations-Americas. FitzGibbons will continue at the company in an advisory until the end of 2012.
