The 239-room Crowne Plaza San Jose Downtown will be rebranded as the Hyatt Place San Jose Downtown, following a $7 million renovation to be completed in January.
The hotel, which first opened in 1973, will operate as the independent Convention Plaza Hotel once the renovation begins in August.
