After 22 months of stalled negotiations, hotel workers at the Chicago Park Hyatt held a one-day strike on Jan. 21 to protest the working conditions of housekeepers, according to Unite Here Local 1.
The strike coincided with a day of protest at Hyatt hotels in nine other cities, the union said.
