A fast-growing number of organizations are measuring the ROI (return on investment) of their incentive programs, according to a recent update by the SITE International Foundation of its Site Index: Focus on Measurement study.
According to the study, which surveyed incentive buyers and providers, there was a significant increase in respondents who reported that their organizations or clients are using measurement “always” or “almost all the time.” The percentage grew from 8.1 percent in 2010 to 24.7 percent in 2011.
