Construction is under way on the conversion of an historic office building in downtown Dallas to a Homewood Suites by Hilton.
No date is set yet for the hotel’s opening in the structure, which was built in 1918 and originally housed the offices of the Texas & Pacific Railroad and, in later years, United Fidelity Life Insurance.
