- At the Hotel Viking (401.847.3300; www.hotelviking.com) a multimillion-dollar upgrade has given the 136 guest rooms in the property’s Newport Wing a new level of luxury. Hotel Viking is known for being Newport’s first Green Certified hotel.
- The Mill Street Inn (401.849.9500; www.millstreetinn.com) finalized improvements to its eight Townhouse suites that include new gas fireplaces and flat-screen plasma TVs.
