Our Meetings in a Minute camera recently traveled to Anaheim, Calif., and Disney’s D23 Expo and new product orientation, and came back with a couple great tips from meeting planners. The first installment features Beth Cooper-Zobott, director of conference services for Equity Residential, who provides a very simple documentation tip that will help you prove the value of your meeting department to C-level officers. The second clip puts the spotlight on Megan Broadhead, a planner for Petco Animal Supplies, who reminds colleagues that using interns is a good way to staff up a meeting and provide experience to planners that are just joining the industry.
