The PCMA Nominating Committee issued a slate of candidates for leadership positions on the 2012 PCMA Board of Directors.
If no petition nominations are received from members by Nov. 1, the slate of officers and directors will be deemed elected and will take office immediately following the upcoming PCMA annual meeting in San Diego on Jan. 11.
Among the candidates named are Johnnie C. White, executive director-meetings and educational services for the Cardiovascular Research Foundation, as chair-elect and Christopher J. Wehking, senior director-meetings and education for The Endocrine Society, as secretary-treasurer.
Current Chair-Elect Kent E. Allaway, vice president-meetings and trade shows for the Produce Marketing Association, will become the new chairman of the board.
