The Los Cabos Convention & Visitors Bureau has just announced the first annual Meeting Planner VIP Summit, slated to run this fall from Oct. 30 through Nov. 2. A hosted buyer program, the VIP Summit will bring top meeting planner professionals to Los Cabos to show off the destination as a the ideal spot for corporate meetings and incentives.
Participants will partake in numerous informative seminars and lively events at a variety of Los Cabos properties, including One & Only Palmilla, Dream Los Cabos, Puerto Los Cabos, RIU Palace Cabo San Lucas and Pueblo Bonito Pacifica.
“The primary goal of the Meeting Planner VIP Summit is to increase the visibility of Los Cabos as Mexico’s premiere meetings and incentive destination as well as strengthen our relationships with our travel industry partners,” says Gonzalo Franyutti, president of the Los Cabos Convention & Visitors Bureau. “This is an opportunity for planners to experience the unmatched beauty, versatility and value of Los Cabos firsthand.”
Free registration for the VIP Summit includes three nights of accommodations in a top Los Cabos resort, breakfast daily, airport transfers, a 30-minute relaxing massage, one recreational activity, a complete itinerary of activities and programs for the duration of stay and special rates for early arrivals for late departures.
