PITTSBURGH
- A Hyatt Summerfield Suites (866.974.9288; www.hyatt.com) is slated to open at the SouthSide Works in fall 2012, courtesy of Oxford Development and Concord Hospitality Enterprises. The six-story, 136-room hotel is aiming for LEED certification and will offer a mix of rooms ranging from extended-stay efficiency to two-bedroom suites, along with 2,000 square feet of event space. The property will be set along the Monongahela River close to the Great Allegheny Passage trail.
