Le Centre Sheraton Montreal is on the verge of completing a $40 million renovation that has improved all meeting spaces, guestrooms, restaurants and public areas.
Included with the makeover, the hotel will offer a Club Lounge, ‘Link@Sheraton experienced with Microsoft’ lobby meeting center, and Sheraton Fitness programmed by Core Performance.
The 825 upgraded guestrooms will showcase a spacious work desk, ergonomic chair, high-speed Internet, LCD flat-panel television and MP3 docking station.
Meeting and convention spaces have received sporty new carpeting, wall coverings, furniture, lighting and sound systems, plus a new air-conditioning system. Custom-designed banquet chairs include storage for a laptop and other items.
Planners who book a meeting by October 31 (with the meeting held by March 31, 2012) will receive up to 100,000 bonus Starwood Preferred Planner Starpoints and can choose one of the following: 2 percent off the master bill; accelerated room upgrades; or a free staff office during the conference.
