First up, Gail Murphy, owner of Sudden Sunshine Travel and Incentives, reminds her colleagues to implore attendees to get out and explore the art-infused environment of Puerto Vallarta when there for a meeting. The second clip features Maria De Guzman, with Wells Fargo, who believes that planners should manage the expectations of their clients by over-communicating, rather than not telling them enough.
