Radisson Blu Set for November 1 Opening in Chicago
Carlson Hotels announced its new Radisson Blu hotel in Chicago will open November 1.
The 334-room hotel in the Aqua building on North Columbus Drive will occupy the first 18 floors of the 82-floor tower. The opening marks the debut of Radisson Blu in North America, as Carlson attempts to revitalize the brand.
The hotel will house Filini, a new Italian restaurant; more than 28,000 square feet of meeting and event space; an 8,000-square-foot fitness facility; indoor basketball court; a movie screening room; an indoor lap pool; a full-service business center; and an 80,000-square-foot green roof and recreation deck.
