Sam Johnson, general manager of the Sorrento Hotel in Seattle, announced in November that Randall Obrecht was appointed director of food & beverage.
“It is a pleasure to welcome Randall to our property, said Johnson. “With broad operational and culinary expertise, and vast knowledge of the Seattle dining market, he is an excellent addition to our food & beverage leadership team.”
Obrecht comes to Sorrento from a position as general manager of Palisade, a water-front Seattle restaurant, and he previously worked as director of food & beverage for Savor, a food services company.
