Aspen/Snowmass

  • The 179-room St. Regis Aspen Resort (970.920.7356; www.stregisaspen.com) recently completed a $40 million renovation.

 

Vail

  • The Sebastian Vail (970.477.8000; www.thesebastianvail.com) opened in November 2010 with 100 guest rooms and 8,000 square feet of meeting space.

  • The 292-room Vail Cascade Resort & Spa (970.476.7111; www.vailcascade.com) recently completed a major upgrade.

 

Beaver Creek

  • The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa at Beaver Creek Mountain (970.790.6000; www.starwoodhotels.com) is undergoing an upgrade to its fitness center.

 

Breckenridge

  • Great Divide Lodge was reflagged the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Breckenridge (970.547.5550; www.hilton.com) in November following a major upgrade.

  • One Ski Hill Place, A Rock Resort (970.547.8800; www.oneskihill.rockresorts.com) opened in 2010 with 88 ski-in/ski-out condos, 3,600 square feet of indoor meeting space and 10,000 square feet of outdoor function space.

  • The Village at Breckenridge (970.453.5150; www.thevillageatbreckenridge.org) recently completed an exterior facelift.

 

Colorado Springs

  • Beginning in February, the two-story Southlake Building at The Broadmoor (719.577.5775; www.broadmoor.com) will undergo a renovation of its 13 guest rooms and three-bedroom suites. The Broadmoor offers 744 guest rooms and 185,000 square feet of meeting space.

  • The 316-room Cheyenne Mountain Resort (719.538.4000; www.cheyennemountain.com) finished a $20 million facelift in April.

 

Durango

  • Full-scale renovations at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Durango (970.259.6580; www.hilton.com) are scheduled for completion by the end of the year.
