Hyatt Regency Albuquerque announced Diego Concha will take over as general manager. Concha has been with Hyatt Corporation for more than 25 years and comes from the Hyatt Regency Curacoa, in the Lesser Antillies off the coast of Venezuela. He has also worked at Hyatt hotels in Trinidad and Grand Cayman.
“While I look forward to experiencing the Southwestern culture, it is my goal to increase revenue for the property while making sure that we provide a unique and memorable experience for all of our guests,” says Concha. He is replacing former general manager, Daniel Kuperschmid, a 16-year Hyatt employee who accepted a position as general manager of Hyatt Regency Newport Beach.
