In November, Lisa Blair was named director of catering for the Sorrento Hotel, Seattle. She brings 23 years of catering and private dining sales experience to Benchmark Hospitality and previously served as director of catering for the Edgewater Hotel of Seattle. She has worked in dining sales for the restaurant atop the Seattle Space Needle.
