The Ventura CVB announced Michele Gilmour has filled the position of visitor services manager. She previously worked for ten years as a marketing specialist for the Channel Islands Harbor Department in Oxnard, where she opened and managed the visitors center and ran advertising, marketing and PR efforts for the harbor.
