David Schmidt was named executive chef of Enchantment Resort in Sedona. He will oversee all culinary operations and menu creations at the resort, which is also launching a new signature restaurant this spring.
Schmidt studied at the Scottsdale Culinary Institute and most recently worked in the kitchen at L’Auberge de Sedona.
