Dan Hayes was named general manager at the Salt Palace Convention center, filling the vacancy left by former GM Allyson Jackson, who is now overseeing SMG’s Jekyll Island Convention Center in Georgia.
Hayes has worked with SMG for 12 years and most recently served as facility director/assistant general manager. He has held other positions including director of sales and marketing, director of event management and sales manager with the company.
