Thomas Delaney took over as general manager of the Hyatt Regency Phoenix in May. In this role, he oversees the entire hotel operation, including guest rooms, food and beverage, sales and marketing and human resources. He returned to the Hyatt Regency Phoenix, after serving as executive assistant manager from 1988 to 1996.
Delaney has worked in many North American Hyatt Hotels during his 33-year career, most recently serving as general manager at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich in Connecticut.
