Phillip Starling was named general manager of Naples Bay Resort in Naples, Florida. Starling most recently served as director of operations for Marenas Resort in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.
Prior to joining Benchmark, he served as general manager for The Grove Isle Hotel & Spa and he has worked in management and leadership positions at properties throughout Florida, Georgia and Kentucky.
