- Ramada Plaza Suites and Conference Center (701.277.9000; www.ramadafargo.com) in Fargo recently finished a renovation. The property features 185 guest rooms and 23,000 square feet of meeting space, including a 15,000-square-foot ballroom.
- Moorhead’s Courtyard by Marriott (218.284.1000; www.marriott.com) went through an upgrade in 2011. The property offers 126 guest rooms and is adjacent to the Moorhead Conference Center, housing 10,000 square feet of meeting space.
Bismarck-Mandan
- Radisson Hotel Bismarck (701.255.6000; www.radisson.com) recently finished a renovation of its lobby, meeting space and soft goods. The property is located two blocks from the Bismarck Civic Center and offers 215 guest rooms and 10,000 square feet of meeting space.
Greater Grand Forks
- Sleep Inn & Suites (701.757.2900; www.sleepinn.com) opened in November with 82 guest units. The hotel shares a parking lot with Alerus Center, which offers a 26,000-square-foot ballroom and 12 meeting rooms.
- Ramada Inn & Conference Center Grand Forks (701.775.3951; www.gframada.com) finished a pool renovation in November 2011 and plans to complete an upgrade of guest room soft goods by spring 2013. The property offers 99 guest rooms and seven meeting rooms.
Minot
- Grand International (701.852.3161; www.grandinternational.com), Minot’s largest meeting venue, with 17,000 square feet of space, recently underwent an upgrade to its 157 guest rooms.
- Holiday Inn Riverside (701.852.2504; www.holidayinn.com) completed a renovation in summer 2011. The property has 172 guest rooms and 18,000 square feet of meeting space.
- La Quinta Inn & Suites Minot (701.837.7900; www.lq.com) opened in spring 2012. The property has 91 guest rooms and one meeting room.
