Visit Oakland welcomes new CEO and president, Alison Best, who comes to Oakland from the Santa Monica CVB where she served for five years in roles including senior vice president of business development, director of sales and vice president of sales and services.
Best is a Certified Destination Marketing Executive and has held management positions with Canada’s Tourism Whistler and Uniglobe Advance Travel.
