We caught up with Phil Bruno, president of Treat ’em Right seminars, who reminds meeting planners that exhibitors will be slightly less prickly if you do your homework and give an accurate assessment of what their ROI expectations should be. The second clip, also of Bruno, advises meeting planners to find each team member’s “swing zone,” that power band where they work most effectively, when working on a project.
