  • A $45 million guest room renovation is under way at the Peachtree Westin Atlanta. The world’s tallest hotel when it was constructed in 1976, the Peachtree will update its luxury suites and modernize all 1,073 guest rooms. The rotating Sun Dial restaurant will also undergo a $3 million renovation. The property offers 80,000 square feet of flexible event space, including the 15,120-square-foot Peachtree Ballroom and a retractable-roof pool.   • New Orleans’ Windsor Court Hotel completed a $22 million renovation. The luxury property offers 316 redecorated guest rooms and suites, and refreshed meeting and dining areas, including Le Salon, serving afternoon tea.
