- The Thomas and Fagiani’s Bar: Originally built in the early 1900s and brought back to life in 2012, Napa’s The Thomas features Fagiani’s, a lively bar on the ground floor with a world-class cocktail program, an open kitchen with a wood-fire grill on the second floor, and a rooftop terrace with stunning park and river views on the third floor. The menu features locally produced ingredients using international flavors and culinary twists. Passed canapes, an open bar, stationed food and family-style dinners are all possibilities. The entire restaurant can seat up to 140 guests for a formal dinner or 225 for a cocktail party.
- Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch: Long Meadow Ranch Winery & Farmstead in St. Helena is a sustainable food, wine and agricultural center. The multiuse location is anchored by the historic Logan-Ives House at Long Meadow Ranch Winery, as well as restaurant Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch, which offers a variety of unique event spaces. This destination offers an array of experiences for lovers of local food and wines, including farming tours; olive oil tastings; wine and food pairings; fresh farm-to-table dining; ranch excursions; and educational experiences that underscore Long Meadow Ranch’s motto of “Excellence through Responsible Farming.” Farmstead at Long meadow Ranch can accommodate as many as 300 guests.

- Saddles Steak House: Saddles Steak House is located at the beautiful and historic MacArthur Place Inn & Spa. This building is reported to be one of the oldest homes in the city of Sonoma, dating back to 1850. Saddles is located inside the estate’s former barn. With a very classic “Russian barn” look, Saddles is modern and has all the conveniences that any group could ask for. Named “Best Beef Restaurant in California,” by the California Beef Council in 2012, Saddles is known for their steaks, chops and fresh seafood. Guest capacity is 14 to 125.
- Flamingo Conference Resort and Spa: Conveniently located at the end of Farmers Lane in Santa Rosa is the cool and inviting Flamingo Resort. This property is known as a retro visit back to the 1950s. On approach to the property, the rotating pink neon flamingo sign welcomes you and your guests. From outdoor pool-side cocktail parties to formal gatherings, this is your place. The chef prepares great Wine Country cuisine that ranges from vegetarian to grilled tri-tip, guaranteed to impress. Groups of 20 to 350 can be accommodated.
