  • The Broadmoor hotel, in Colorado Springs, began a $60 million renovation. Earlier this year, the Southlake guest rooms were reopened and conference facilities in the 6,300-square-foot Cheyenne Lodge were updated. Over the next two years, The Broadmoor will redesign its lobby bar and tavern, add a new Italian restaurant, double the size of the Golden Bee dining destination and expand and modernize the Broadmoor West.
