The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Colorado Springs is offering meeting planners the ability to “Pick their Perks.” In order to showcase its recently renovated conference facilities and guestrooms, the hotel is giving meeting planners a chance to customize their meeting with a choice of extras that include a menu of bonuses, including: earning triple Hilton Honors Points, a five percent rebate on the master bill, a complimentary guest room and more.
The property offers more than 25,000 square feet of recently refurbished meeting and event space. The newly designed conference space is finished in warm earth tones and highlighted with LCD lighting. Many of the meeting rooms, including the Windows Banquet Room, feature glass walls overlooking the hotel’s courtyard and patio areas. In addition, the hotel has a ballroom that can accommodate up to 900 people and multiple meeting rooms with outdoor patio access. Services include, catering by the award-winning Executive Chef, wireless internet access, and modern audio visual equipment.
In addition to the new meeting space guests will also experience Colorado Springs’ most spacious guestrooms. All of the 299 guestrooms are at least 33 percent larger than the average standard hotel room. Each of the newly renovated, well-appointed guestrooms offer contemporary and tasteful décor with carefully considered amenities for guest comfort including Crabtree & Evelyn bath products, “Sweet Dreams” bedding, ergonomic desk chairs, HDTVs, high speed internet and comfort seating.
