Jeff has been our go-to writer for all things Lone Star State for the past five or six years, having written our annual Meetings Focus Texas supplements and various destination stories.

And while many primarily associate the area with the more-stereotypical Texas flavors—yes, Texas barbecue is truly world-class—Dallas has truly emerged onto the gourmet foodie scene.
