- The Renaissance Edmonton Airport Hotel is scheduled to open in summer 2013. - Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center began a $5 million renovation in December, adding a restaurant and redesigning the lobby space. The update is expected to be completed in spring 2013. - Sheraton invested more than $230 million into the brand’s four Hawaiian properties.
