BUENOS AIRES
The Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires is undergoing the final phase of a $40 million renovation. Situated in the heart of the upscale La Recoleta district, the property is debuting redecorated rooms and suites, a re-designed lobby, and freshly landscaped grounds.
Three new dining offerings will also debut: the two-story Elena restaurant offers fine dining in a dramatic setting, while Pony Line bar aims for urban sophistication with Polo-themed interiors and bite-sized menu items such as house-made chorizo and oxtail empanadas. And El Secreto is an open-air restaurant set to open in April, specially designed to host the traditional open fire barbecues of Argentinian culture.
Later this year, the hotel will be unveiling its newly renovated meeting spaces on the property’s mezzanine floor. And the hotel’s banqueting team will introduce a new catering concept for weddings, social functions and corporate events.
