DoubleTree by Hilton has announced the opening of a newly renovated hotel about 15 minutes from South Carolina's Charleston International Airport.
The 149-room DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Charleston Airport, formerly an exterior-corridor property, has been completely transformed into an upscale, full-service interior corridor hotel. The comprehensive, year-long renovation included all guest rooms and all public areas.
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Charleston Airport is located near the Palmetto Commerce Parkway, Boeing and the Charleston Air Force Base with nearby access to the city center, historic downtown district and main attractions—including Boone Hall Plantation, Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum, South Carolina Aquarium and Gibbes Museum of Art.
The hotel offers around-the-clock amenities, including a complimentary 24-hour airport shuttle, business center and fitness center. The hotel also features more than 5,000 square feet of flexible meeting space.
