- El Encanto resort is scheduled to re-open in Santa Barbara in March, operated by Orient Express. - The new Neon Museum opened in Las Vegas. The 3,600-square-foot “Neon Boneyard” is filled with more than 150 signs, some dating back to the 1930s, preserving historic pieces of city landmarks such as the Stardust, the Desert Inn and Moulin Rouge Hotel.
