Richard Senechal was appointed executive vice president of facilities at Loews Hotels & Resorts, where he will oversee capital planning, technical services, design, construction and engineering at all Loews properties.
He joined Loews in 2005 and is curently overseeing renovations at the Loews Philadelphia, Loews Vanderbilt in Nasville and Loews Hollywood, as well as the construction of the 400-room Loews Chicago Hotel and the 1,800-room Cabana Bay Beach Resort at Universal Orlando.
Senechal, who studied architecture at Yale University, previously held similar positions with Wyndham International, Walt Disney Imagineering and Hilton Hotels.
