Caroline Ball and Ron Warner were named regional directors of group sales for the Melia Hotels Global Collection.
Ball will cover the Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. regions and Warner will be responsible for Illinois, Minnesota, Michigan and Wisconsin. Both bring strong backgrounds in hospitality sales.
Ball spent the last 12 years with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, most recently serving as director of worldwide sales for the Washington, D.C. area and southeastern U.S. markets.
Warner spent the last 12 years as director of operations for Maxvantage, specializing in the MICE market and previously worked as national manager for the Canadian American Express Platinum card travel service team.
