The Ringling Museum of Art is always a favorite because they’re such an iconic part of Sarasota. When you say “Ringling,” people think of the circus, but the Ringlings were major art collectors. In addition, the museum is located near the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport.
Mote Marine Aquarium is another must-see, and they offer some great space for group meetings and dining events. It’s very versatile and educational, and they offer hands-on things, like petting stingrays. Mote Marine Aquarium is on City Island, which is a small island located between St. Armand’s Key and Longboat Key.

The Dali Museum is an amazing guest experience because the spaces are perfectly balanced with the art, and planners are afforded great flexibility, paired with an impressive list of preferred vendors to fit every budget.
That said, we’re very lucky living in the Tampa Bay area to have a little bit of everything when it comes to venue choices. From beautiful gardens, museums, sporting complexes, world-class resorts and hotels, restaurants and on and on, there are venues to fit every need.
