What service can you provide to groups that they normally might not receive?
For groups that want to stay on property I work with our spa Bliss to provide a tailored spa day. They have a list of spa services that their group can choose from as well as where they would like to have the spa day. Such as the pool area, in-room, at the spa, etc.
Or I just curated a night for a group that wanted to attend the Lakers vs. Celtics game at Staples and was able to secure them tickets to the game as well as VIP service to Hyde Lounge at Staple Center...
