A new Embassy Suites has opened at 3524 S. Market Street in West Valley, Utah.
The company introduced the new upscale, full-service, all-suites Embassy Suites Salt Lake/West Valley City to local officials and community members with a lively grand opening event. The hotel features onsite dining with a Shula's Steak House, touted as the #1 celebrity steak house in America for more than twenty years. The property has been the focal point of a multi-million dollar, multi-phase revitalization project in downtown West Valley City, and brings 162 suites and 7,500 square feet of meeting space to this thriving downtown area.
Embassy Suites Salt Lake/West Valley City is the cornerstone of Fairbourne Station, a $500 million mixed-use development encompassing 40 acres in the heart of West Valley City. The upper upscale hotel joins 200,000 square feet of retail space, 200,000 square feet of office space, 1,000 urban residences and Fairbourne Station Promenade, which features four acres of urban lineal park and a plaza space.
