Are there any quirky places we should check out?
Justin Cucci has a couple of really good and interesting restaurants in town that fit the “quirky” theme. Root Down took over a 1950’s gas station and has all recycled furniture including an old high school basketball hardwood floor. Their cuisine is “globally inspired”. The other is Linger which took over the Olinger Mortuary. They just removed the “O” on the neon sign (largest neon sign in Denver). The cuisine is “Street Food” from around the world...
