DENVER, Colo.

Denver’s Oxford Hotel has finalized a $1.5 million renovation of its unique downtown event and dining spaces.

The historic boutique hotel features 10,000 square feet of event space, including the 3,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 250 people and offers floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Denver’s Union Station.

The hotel also offers The Oxford Theatre, which can accommodate up to 150 people, the Sage Room, which is located just off the lobby and can hold up to 100 people, and an Executive Boardroom with seating for 10. Larger boardrooms include the Hamilton Room and the Brooks Room, which can accommodate 20 people.

The renovation included all new furniture, draperies, lighting and carpeting, plus refinished hardwood floors. Other upgrades included an extensive remodel of McCormick’s Fish House, an established downtown restaurant of 25 years located. The Cruise Room Bar has recently introduced mixology to their cocktail culture after bringing this Art Deco design back to its original luster with new marble floors and renovated finishes throughout.

The Oxford is now offering a special incentive to meeting and event planners:

•             The planner will also receive a $100 Visa Gift Card

The hotel is also home to The Oxford Club, Spa & Fitness Center, which offers a complete menu of relaxing spa services, plus a full service salon and a state-of-the-art fitness center offering the latest in cardio and strength training equipment and a full schedule of group exercise classes.
