Douglas Chang comes to The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis after serving for the past four years as general manager at The Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences, Kapalua Bay on the island of Maui.
As general manager, he will oversee day-to-day operations of the St. Louis hotel.
Chang has more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, also previously working as the general manager of the Hotel Hana-Maui and as hotel manager of the Kauai Marriott Resort & Beach Club.
