SITE Florida past-President Douglas Kahler, of Hello Florida, handed over the gavel to incoming President Jane van der Bol, with Cayman Islands Tourism, at the SITE Florida Board installation onboard Oceania Cruises’ Riviera Feb. 22. Following the “gavel handoff,” the entire board was installed, including Meetings Focus V.P./Group Brand Solutions Karen Smith (third from left), who was named vice president of communications for the chapter.
